BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required per treatment booked. This will be credited towards your treatment on the day.

We understand life gets busy & things pop up. Appointment changes can be made up to 48hrs prior to your appointment, simply follow the reschedule link in your confirmation email. Cancellations/change of mind within less than 48hrs of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your booking fee. You will need to pay another booking fee to book a new appointment.

Although I try my best, I may not be able to accomodate late arrivals. Treatment may unfortunately be refused If you are more than 10 mins late to your appointment.
